TW Paralegal was established to make legal support more accessible, practical and affordable.
Why we started
We recognised how challenging it can be for people to navigate the legal system without clear guidance or support. Paperwork, deadlines and court formats can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re dealing with them alone.
So we offer a wide range of paralegal services, including legal drafting, court bundles, correspondence and practical case preparation. We support clients through the document preparation process, up to the point their matter progresses to court, so their papers are organised and ready.
We also support solicitors’ firms and barristers, where appropriate, with drafting and administrative assistance as part of broader legal proceedings.

Around your schedule
Legal matters don’t always fit standard office hours. Our services are appointment-based, with flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
In person or remote
We can work with you face to face or remotely, depending on what suits you.
In your language
We work with clients in several languages, including Arabic, French, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu, and offer translation services.
Price agreed first
Published starting prices, a free first call, and a confirmed quotation before work begins.
What paralegal support is, and isn’t
We help with the practical side of legal matters: drafting, letters, forms, bundles, serving documents and translation. Where the court permits, we can also attend as a McKenzie Friend.
We don’t represent clients in court. If your matter needs legal advice or representation, you should speak to a solicitor or another appropriately authorised professional. If you’re unsure, raise it during your free consultation and we’ll be straightforward about whether we’re the right fit.
